Inspirational Quotes by Mel Brooks (American Film Actor)

Mel Brooks (b.1926,) born Melvin Kaminsky, is an American comedian. He is a film, stage, and television writer, performer, composer, and lyricist.

A native of Brooklyn, New York City, Brooks began writing comedy sketches for television when he was still in his teens; he contributed jokes and scripts for comedian Sid Caesar and his Your Show of Shows.

Brooks is renowned as both writer and director for several movies, including The Producers (1968) and Young Frankenstein (1974,) both of which he later adapted to the stage as successful Broadway musicals. He also appeared in many of his films, at times in leading roles, at times in cameos.
