Inspirational Quotes by Frank Sinatra (American Singer)

Francis Albert Sinatra (1915–98) was an American singer and actor. His emphasis on his songs’ lyrics and his relaxed singing style made him a long time, multigenerational favorite. He is one of America’s most iconic performers and maintained a faithful following from the 1930s into the 1990s.

Born in Hoboken, New Jersey, to Italian immigrants, Sinatra songs such as “New York, New York,” “Luck Be a Lady,” “Come Fly with Me,” and “My Way” have permeated American popular culture. He also had an extensive career in movie musicals and starred in such successful movies as From Here to Eternity (1952,) Von Ryan’s Express (1965,) and The Detective (1968.)

In addition to his musical success, Sinatra is remembered for his partying lifestyle, his closeness with the Kennedys, his marriages to the film actors Ava Gardner and Mia Farrow, and unconfirmed rumors about his links with organized crime.
