Inspirational Quotes by Bob Marley (Jamaican Musician)

Robert Nesta “Bob” Marley (1945–81) was a Jamaican reggae singer, guitarist, and songwriter. He is one of the most influential musicians in the history of popular music.

Born of a mixed racial background in a remote village in the Nine Mile district, Marley formed his band, The Wailers, in 1965. They transformed reggae (then prevalent only in Jamaica’s ghettoes) into a popular music form worldwide.

Marley was a pious Rastafarian; his lyrics frequently reflect his religious and political beliefs. He is recognized as a cultural icon because of his support of the oppressed people and his calls for political change, peace, and racial harmony.

He said the people who were trying to make this world worse are not taking a day off. How can I? Light up the darkness.
