Inspirational Quotes by Marie Chapian (American Christian Writer)

Marie Chapian (b.1938) is an American Christian writer, psychotherapist, and radio ministry host.

Chapian was educated at the University of Minnesota, Moody Bible Institute, and Metropolitan State University, where she received a PhD in psychology. She is the founder of the Center for Christian Counseling and Fitness in San Diego and the Marie Chapian Ministries.

Chapian is the author of more than 25 books, including Free to Be Thin (1993,) God’s Heart for You (2005,) Angels in Our Lives (2006,) and Telling Yourself the Truth (2014.) She also wrote the secular novel I Love You Like a Tomato (2003) under the pseudonym Marie Giordano.
