Inspirational Quotes by Yogi Berra (American Sportsperson)

Lawrence “Yogi” Peter Berra (1925–2015) was an American baseball player and manager, who was involved in a record twenty-one World Series championships.

As a New York Yankee from 1946 until 1963, he developed into a masterful catcher as well as an outstanding hitter. He won the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award in 1951, 1954, and 1955, and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1972.

During his career, Berra became famous for “Yogi-isms”—wise, humorous, and pithy proverbs such as his most famous assertion, “It ain’t over till it’s over.”
