Janet Erskine Stuart (1857–1914,) also known as Mother Janet Stuart, was a Roman Catholic nun and educator. Her father, The Rev the Hon Andrew Godfrey Stuart, a son of Earl Castle Stewart, was the Rector of Cottesmore and she was the youngest of his thirteenth children. Her mother, his second wife, was Mary Penelope Noel, a relative of the Earl of Gainsborough.
