Inspirational Quotes by Frank Lloyd Wright (American Architect)

Frank Lloyd Wright (1867–1959) was an American architect. He was one of the seminal figures of American and international modern architecture of the 20th century. He is known for his astonishingly large and influential body of work throughout the continental USA and Japan.

Wright is renowned for his “organic” style of low-built, “prairie-style” houses that blend in with the surrounding natural environments. Inspired by Japanese art and architecture, Wright’s open-plan approach to interiors embraced long low horizontal lines and intercommunicating interior spaces. His use of materials and construction techniques was highly influential.

Wright also wrote some twenty books, including An American Architecture (1955) and An Autobiography (1932.)
