Inspirational Quotes by Les Giblin (American Self-Help Author)

Leslie T Giblin (1912–2005) was an American self-help author and lecturer. A pioneer of the personal development industry, he wrote Skill with People (1968,) which sold over five million copies and was translated into over ten languages globally.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Giblin served in World War II. He held a sales job with the Sheaffer Pen Company, earning two titles as national Salesman of the Year. His flourishing career in door-to-door sales allowed him to become a keen observer of human nature and eventually launch a self-help consultancy.

Giblin also authored How to Have Confidence and Power in Dealing with People (1956,) Skill with People (1968,) How to be People Smart (1969,) and The Art of Dealing with People (1972.)
