Quintin McGarel Hogg, Baron Hailsham of St Marylebone (1907–2001,) was a British barrister, philosopher, and Conservative politician. He held several high-ranking positions, including Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain (1970–74, 1979–87,) Secretary of State for Education and Science (1964,) and Leader of the House of Lords (1960–63.)
