Victor Lee Brown (1914–96) was a Canadian-American religious leader who served as the tenth Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) 1972–85. His leadership focused on church welfare, youth development, and global expansion.
Born in Cardston, Alberta, Canada, he studied at the University of Utah, LDS Business College, and the University of California-Berkeley. Before his church service, he worked in airline management at United Airlines and Western Airlines.
Brown was Second Counselor in the Presiding Bishopric (1961–72) before succeeding John H. Vandenberg as Presiding Bishop (1972–85.) He later served in the First Quorum of the Seventy (1985–89) and as President of the Salt Lake Temple (1985–87.) His tenure emphasized welfare programs, youth initiatives, and international outreach.
