Leo-Arthur Kelmenson (1927–2011) was an American advertising executive known for revitalizing Chrysler Corporation through strategic marketing. He served as CEO of Kenyon & Eckhardt and later Bozell Worldwide, shaping major campaigns.

Born in New York City, Kelmenson enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II, serving in the Pacific Theater and earning two Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star. After the war, he earned a B.A. from Columbia University (1951) and pursued graduate studies in international affairs in Geneva.

He began his advertising career at Lennen & Newell, rising to senior vice president before joining Kenyon & Eckhardt (1968.) His most notable achievement was securing Chrysler’s account, helping Lee Iacocca reposition the struggling automaker. His campaign contributed to Chrysler’s turnaround, making Iacocca a household name.

Through mergers, Kelmenson became CEO of Bozell, overseeing campaigns for Colgate-Palmolive, Air France, Seagram, General Motors, and Mitsubishi. He later served as chairman of Foote, Cone & Belding and advised Interpublic Group.
