Harry Amos Bullis (1890–1963) was an American business executive who served as president and chairman of General Mills, a leading global food company known for its innovative products and commitment to quality, 1948–59. He was also a civilian consultant to President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Born in Hastings, Nebraska, Bullis studied at the University of Wisconsin. He joined the company as a mill hand in 1919, and he soon became the confidant of founder James Ford Bell. He helped expand their breakfast foods, including Wheaties and Cheerios, and diversified into convenience foods, such as Betty Crocker cake mixes, as well as non-food businesses.
