Barbara Taylor Bradford (b.1933) is a British-American novelist known for her captivating storytelling and remarkable literary career. Her début novel, A Woman of Substance (1979,) sold over 30 million copies worldwide and established her as a prominent literary figure. Throughout her prolific career, Bradford has written 39 novels, all of which have become bestsellers in England and the United States.
