Nitin Nohria (b.1962) is an American academic of Indian origin. He is a professor and the current dean of the Harvard Business School (he is scheduled to step down as dean in 2020.)
Born in Nohar, Rajasthan state, India, Nohria studied chemical engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and earned his doctorate from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Nohria has authored such well-received books on management and leadership as Handbook of Leadership Theory and Practice (2010) and Driven: How Human Nature Shapes Our Choices (2002.)
