- As the sun that beholds the world is untouched by earthly impurities,
so the Spirit that is in all things is untouched by external sufferings.
- Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly,
while bad people will find a way around the laws.
- It is astonishing how short a time it
takes for very wonderful things to happen.
- It is said that when the world ends, even the moutains start moving
due to the force of the wind.
But even when such a thing happens, the mental state of the brave
does not waver since it is very clear.
Clarity in thoughts gives you the strength to withstand anything.
- A year from now you may wish you had started today.
- The whole is more than the sum of its parts.
- You can make your mind recall anything you want,
but it can only give back what it was first given.
- Examine what is said, not him who speaks.
- The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too
high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and
achieving our mark.
- Courage is capacity to
confront what cannot be imagined.
