Issue 251
- Dreams are illustrations from the book your soul is writing about you.
- The man who does not read good books has
no advantage over the man who cannot read them.
- He knows not his own strength that hath not met adversity.
- It is only doubt that creates. It is the minority that counts.
- Face your deficiencies and acknowledge them;
but do not let them master you.
Let them teach you patience, sweetness, insight.
- You wouldn't worry so much about what people
thought of you if you knew how seldom they did!
- Our loyalties must transcend our race,
our tribe, our class, and our nation;
and this means we must develop a world perspective.
- Your biggest challenge isn't someone else.
It's the ache in your lungs and the burning in your legs,
and the voice inside you that yells "Can't",
but you don't listen. You just push harder.
And then you hear the voice whisper "can".
And you discover that the person you thought
you were is no match for the one you really are.
- Don't let what you can't do stand in the way of what you can.
- Challenges make you discover things about yourself that you never really knew.
