Issue 134
- Dreams
Hold fast to dreams
For if dreams die
Life is a broken-winged bird
That cannot fly.
Hold fast to dreams
For when dreams go
Life is a barren field
Frozen with snow.
- Life's most persistent and urgent question is:
What are you doing for others?
- If you know something, it is in your head.
When you believe something, it is in your heart.
- Two things fill the mind with ever new and increasing wonder and awe -
the starry heavens above me and the moral law within me.
- I am never a failure until I begin blaming others.
- It is not the strongest of the species that survives,
nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.
- Enjoyment is not a goal,
it is a feeling that accompanies important ongoing activity.
- Success is liking yourself,
liking what you do,
and liking how you do it.
- Count no day lost in which you waited your turn,
took only your share and sought advantage over no one.
